Your Care Manager works with you to create your Care Plan and is then responsible for managing your supports funded by your Home Care Package. Your care manager is an expert of the aged care system and is there to work with your budget to ensure you have enough funding to have the support you need, and are also able to advocate for re-assessments with My Aged Care if your care needs change.

We are able to offer an incredible insightful clinical opinion for our more complex in needs clients. Our registered nurses look after our Level 3 and 4 clients, and regularly see and manage clients wound care and transition from hospital to home.

Meal delivery is a reliable and helpful option for many seniors to maintain a healthy diet without the stress. Alternatively to meal preparation with care worker, these services are partially covered with a home care package and require a partial payment form the client.
