A home care package is a coordinated package of care and services to help you to live independently in your own home for as long as you can. There are four funding levels.
Individuals over 65 (or over 50 if identifying as Indigenous) that have complex needs that make it difficult to remain at home without extra support.
Sometimes needs change fast and support is needed urgently at home. For short-term or long-term care, we can help. We offer reasonable rates for hourly care with the flexibility that you need.
